About the Project

Go Green is a landscaping company that’s already in operation. The project centered on one deliverable that had to do a lot of work: a logo clean enough to feel modern, grounded enough to feel natural, and versatile enough to live anywhere the business shows up.


The Goal

The brief was rooted in practicality. The logo needed to communicate what the company does, feel immediately professional, and function across every surface a landscaping business touches — uniforms, vehicles, signage and marketing materials.


Strategic Insights

Versatility is not optional for a trade business. A logo that only works on screen is a logo that fails in the field. For a landscaping company, the mark needs to hold up embroidered, printed large on the side of a vehicle and scaled down on a business card, all without losing clarity.

Simple is harder than it looks. A nature-connected logo risks becoming generic quickly. The challenge was finding a mark that felt specific to Go Green rather than interchangeable with any other landscaping brand on the market.

The logo is the uniform. For a service business, the logo is often the first and most repeated thing a client sees. Getting it right from the start meant Go Green could show up consistently and professionally from day one.

 

Solution

Multiple logo concepts were developed, each exploring a different way to communicate the brand’s connection to nature while keeping the execution clean and modern. The final mark balances simplicity with character, giving Go Green a professional identity that works wherever the business needs it to.
