Privacy Policy
Change of Scope: Any changes to the project scope requested by the client that alter the initial specifications, timeline, or budget will require a new agreement or amendment to the existing contract. The designer will provide an updated proposal outlining the new scope, costs, and deadlines. Work on the revised scope will not commence until the client has approved the new terms.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the project. The designer accepts payment via cash, bank transfers, or GTT Mobile Money (MMG+).
Cancellation: If the designer cancels the project, the client will receive a full refund for the work period. If the client cancels the project after it has started, the deposit made towards initiating the project will NOT be refunded.
Revisions: The designer will provide two rounds of revisions as part of the project fee. Any additional revisions will be billed.
Deadlines: The designer will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. For on-demand work, there is a 72-hour grace period for submission. If the client requests a change that will impact the timeline, the designer will discuss the revised timeline with the client and adjust the schedule as needed.
Work Hours: The designer stipulates in all contracts their agreed-upon work hours. All turnover windows and work periods are stated in business days unless otherwise specified.
Intellectual Property: Once contracted, the designer sells, assigns, grants, and transfers to the client all rights, titles, and interests in any reports, documents, or other copyrighted materials authored or created by the designer for the client pursuant to the agreed-upon contract, including all copyrights, renewals, and extensions thereof. The designer reserves the right to include materials created under this contract on their professional portfolio.
Confidentiality: The designer will keep all information related to the project confidential.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The designer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided under this agreement. The client assumes all risks associated with the use of the designs.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold the designer harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of the client’s use of the designs.
